September 2012 – GMA is now hosting its website in the latest release of Microsoft’s Windows Azure
public cloud platform. We provisioned a pre-configured Windows Server virtual machine, one of a range
of VM options, which enabled us to rapidly and easily set up the required website infrastructure. Hosting
our website in Azure is a showcase for our capabilities utilising cloud technology for SharePoint deployment.

GMA has developed custom components which are integrated with the Azure re-imaging process and enable the rapid and durable deployment of SharePoint on Azure.
